Salary scales are reserved for clients who use the Human Resources solution.
You can create a salary scale adapted to your company’s needs:
▪“Min Max”: to manage a salary scale based on a defined salary minimum and maximum.
▪“Levels”: to manage a salary scale based on a defined calculation type (fixed date, worked hours, months since hire, etc.).
▪”Levels - Worked hours calculation type”: to generate a salary scale using a statistic earning.
Things to remember ▪For a Worked hours calculation type, the statistic earning includes the earnings on which worked hours are accumulated. This earning must be set up beforehand by our customer service. ▪A Human resources absence will only be accumulated in the worked hours of the scale if it is linked to a statistic earning. ▪You can adjust a statistic earning by doing a year-to-date adjustment in the payroll (Payroll > Data Entry > YTD adjustments). For more information, please refer to the Adjusting Year-to-date for an employee procedure. ▪The worked hours calculation method for an employment profile found in more than one company within a business is based on the scale applied to each file: If the same salary scale is used in all the companies, the employment profiles will be considered together to calculate the worked hours. Profile A + Profile B = total worked hours. ▪If different salary scales are used in the companies, the employment profiles will be considered separately when the worked hours are being calculated. |
