Access: Configuration > Human resources > Batch modification results
This screen displays the results of the mass creation generated from the Salary scales function.
1Under List of batch jobs, click on the hyperlink of the desired result.
2In the window displayed, open or save the report in the directory of your choice.
▪The report contains the before and after salary progression values of the level and employment profile, as well as warnings and error messages.
▪The information in the employee file must be the same as in the scale for the modification to be possible. If not, the files will be displayed in the report with a message.
▪Where necessary, manually correct employee employment profiles
Tips and tricks To delete a result, check the box of the desired result, and then click on Delete. |
