Your business’s the time management configuration must include these functions: Associate hour types with earnings, Statutory holiday calendar, Time sheet field display, Time sheet rule settings, Time management parameters, Hour types for time sheets and Select eligible hour types (for the Holiday management option users).

Things to remember

▪A Display order column is displayed in the list of hour types, allowing a global overview.

▪It is possible to have more than one hour type with the same display order.

▪The display order only applies to the hour types displayed in the data entry screens tables (not applied to the drop-down lists where the alphabetical order is used).

▪If the display order is added or modified, a confirmation is needed for the display order to be sequenced again. After confirmation, the application will automatically reduce by “1” all the sequences over the deleted sequence and having the same format.
