Configuring the timesheet fields

Access: Configuration > Time > Time management > Time sheet field display

Things to remember

The parameters on this screen apply only to the time sheet filled in by the employee. Before your employees can access their time sheet, your business must have access to the Self-service solution.  

This function makes the following fields visible on the Time sheet: Position, Organizational structure, Job numbers and CCQ fields.

1If your business has more than one company, select the Company number.

2If needed, uncheck the box associated with the field you do not want displayed in the employee time sheet on the Time sheet (Profil) screen in the payroll application or on the Time sheets screen in the mobile application.

The displayed fields are based on the company’s configuration (cost distribution by organizational structure or by job numbers, etc.).

3Click on Save to complete the procedure.
