Associating the hour types to the payroll earnings

Access: Configuration > Time > Hour Types > Associate hour types with earnings

1If there is more than one company within your business, select the Company.

2Under the Hour type list, click on Add, then select the hour type Description.

3Under Earnings, select the earning to be associated to the hour type. Repeat the previous steps to create new associations.

4Click on Save to register your data.

2Under the Hour type list, select the new earning to be associated to the desired hour type.

Things to remember

You cannot modify the associated earning if there are future absence requests that are not processed, with this earning and the “Approved” or “Approval pending” status. As the case may be, you need to refuse these requests or cancel the approval.

3Click on Save to register your data.

2Under the Hour type list, click on x bleu situated at the right of the earnings.

Things to remember

You cannot delete the earning association if there are future absence requests that are not processed, with this earning and the “Approved” or “Approval pending” status. As the case may be, you need to refuse these requests or cancel the approval.

3Click on Save to register your data.
