Access: Payroll > Employee list or from one of the transaction entry functions > .
1If your business has more than one company, click on the Change hyperlink on the top right of the screen and select the number of the desired company, if needed.
2Under Filters, select the display criteria of the employee list, if needed.
Section on the left: In this section, the last filters used are kept for the duration of the work session but will not be kept once the session has ended. Click here to view the procedure, or continue to the next step.
a)Select the desired structure levels. These structure are displayed according to the number of levels used in your business (Configuration > Business > Organizational structure). These fields are displayed if your company uses cost distribution according to the structure. b)Select one or more job numbers. The job number fields are displayed if the company uses cost distribution by job number. c)Select CCQ-specific values. These fields are displayed if the selected company has CCQ employees. |
Section on the right: The settings in this section are saved to your preferences when your work session ends. Click here to view the procedure, or continue to the next step.
a)Under Employee status, check the boxes of the desired employee statuses. b)Check the boxes of the desired Remuneration type. c)Check the Include employees with transactions box to include the employees that do not respond to the status and rate filters, but that already have timesheet or payroll entry for the week or the current pay period. d)Check the CCQ employee box to display the CCQ employees. This field is displayed only if the selected company has CCQ employees. e)In the Employees sort order drop-down list, select a sort order type. |
3Click on Refresh to update the employee list.
If an employee has several employment profiles, they will appear individually in the Employee list according to the criteria selected.
4Click on an employee’s name to access the transaction entry screen. The function displayed depends on the path used to select the employee. If your path is:
▪Payroll > Employee list, the Enter pay function is displayed. For your first employee selection during a work session, regardless of the function selected in the Payroll menu, you will be redirected to the Employee list screen. Once the desired employee is selected, the function selected prior will be displayed.
▪A transaction entry function > : The function from which you opened the employee list is displayed.
