This section presents the procedures for segment configuration management: configuring segment configuration by segment, entering them and copying them. Job numbers are first configured in our payroll system by one of our consultants during company integration or on demand. This function will then allow you to manage the job numbers yourself.
Things to remember ▪Segment configuration is managed by business. Therefore, if you have many companies linked to the same business, the segment labels entered from the Segment configuration function (Configuration menu) will be available in all the other companies using job numbers. ▪Job numbers entry is managed by company. This allows you to personalize the segment combination and to select specific job numbers for each of them. ▪If a user accesses the function with a company that is not configured for job numbers, an error message is displayed at the top of the screen. |
