Tracking requests

Access: Communication > Requests

This screen allows to view all requests for which you are the approver.

1Select the filters to focus on certain requests.

Tips and tricks

Dates can be entered in the From and To filters so as to display the requests made during a specific period.

2Check the Include terminated employees box if needed.

3Click on Refresh to display those requests.

If you chose a company filter (Profil > Company filters), you will only see requests from employees who work for the companies specified in the filter. To modify or delete a company filter, please refer to the Defining the company filters procedure.

Object: For general requests, this column contains what the employee entered in Request object. For absence requests, this column contains the absence type used when the request was made.

Detail: For general requests, this column contains the first 50 characters of the Request details. For absence requests, it contains the total absence duration (in days/hours).

Start date and End date: For general requests, these columns contain what the employee entered in the corresponding fields when the request was made. For absence requests, these dates correspond to the absence period start and end dates.

Approval deadline: This date is not visible to the employee. The status remains “Pending approval” even if the deadline has passed.

You can create a customized task on this date (Profil > Customized tasks).
