Managing an absence type

Access: Configuration > Communications > Requests > Absence types

This screen allows you to define absence types and assign them an associated absence earning that will automatically be taken into account when an approved absence request is processed in the payroll.

Warning The Absence types screen is only available to businesses using absence requests and that do not have the Time Management solution. Absence types must be defined for each company targeted.

If you use the Time Management business solution: use the Time management parameters and Hour types for time sheets functions (Configuration > Time) to manage the absence earnings.
