Time management shows time tracking information related to the Time Management solution. Time management makes it possible to configure all the elements required to install time clocks, and to then import punch information. Here are the steps to follow:
▪time clock configuration
▪association of punch cards with employees (an employee file must be configured with a timesheet)
▪association of employees with work schedules
▪definition of work shifts
▪definition of Work shift limits
▪definition of punch rules
Please view the Timesheet management section to obtain additional information about employee file configuration (associating employees with work schedules) and the definition of work schedules (including work shifts and Work shift limits).
The import file serves as an interface between a time clock and the payroll application unless you use the ZKTECO time clock which does not require import file configuration.
The import file contains time data (ins, outs, breaks, meals and job changes). The file must at least contain the fields identified in the following table. The order, the number and the field separator can be configured in the application.
