The employee’s personal information includes, for example, the address and the phone numbers.
The employee’s personal information summary is displayed on the right of the photo.
If your company uses the Self-service solution, click here.
Under Profile Summary, click on: ▪The user code’s hyperlink enables you to access the user profile. ▪Create a user profile. Useful for creating a user type other than “Employee – access to self-service only”. You will be redirected to the Add a user screen to assign the appropriate access rights the user (payrolls, reports, etc.). See Users management. oWhen zeros are indicated in the employee file’s SIN field, you cannot create a user profile for Self-service access. In this case, the icon will appear. oFor clients who process their payroll with the payroll application note that it is possible to create a user code with a SIN set to zero for self-employed individuals who do not have a SIN, or foreign workers who do not yet have their temporary SIN.
▪Send a self-registration email for Self-service (available for the “Employee – access to self-service only” Type of use). This email allows your employees to self-register for Self-service. You will be redirected to the Send a self-registration email for Self-service screen to assign the appropriate default access rights (Pay stubs, Tax slips, Personal information, etc.) to the user. See Sending an email for self-registration to Self-service. Before sending the email, verify the following information. If there is any incorrect or missing information, the icon will display. oThe employee’s SIN must be different than “0” or “000000000”. oThe employee must have a valid and unique email address (work or other). oThe employee must have a valid cell phone number. ▪Resend the self-registration email for Self-service reminder email link to resend the email to an employee in the event it was lost or deleted. Note that previously defined access rights will not change. |
Important It is recommended to finalize all modifications and employee file creations before starting the payroll. If you have started your payroll, the status is ‘’In progress" but it is still possible to make modifications, additions or to terminate. |
