User profile Management - Additional information

Introduction

The Add a user function and the functions in the User profile section of the User management menu allow application managers or users with access to user profile management functions to mass create users with Self-service access only, generate a new password, reassign an application manager, and more.

Things to remember

To create a user:

The employee’s SIN must be different from “0” or “000000000” to grant Self-service access.

Follow the steps until the system displays “The user was added successfully”.
