Access: Human resources > Attached documents summary
1Select the employee.
All annexed documents linked to the employee appear in the list of documents.
2Use the different filters to refine the list of documents.
Tips and tricks If you have categories to identify the type of annexed documents, use the Category filter to search for your documents. The Category field is available in all functions where it is possible to annex a document. Note that the ’’Confidential’’ category is only available if you have access rights to the Attached documents function in your user profile. |
3Under Document list, check the box of the desired document and click on Download.
Things to remember If more than one document is checked, a ZIP file containing all selected files will be generated. |
Tips and tricks ▪Click on an annexed document’s hyperlink to access the function in which it was added. You will be able to modify or delete it. ▪Move the cursor over the icon to show file size, company number, and employee number. |
