✓The filters in the various functions include CCQ-specific fields, such as occupation, schedule, and region, to allow you to filter employees according to these criteria.

✓CCQ-specific filters appear in Employee file, Payroll and Time menu functions if at least one (1) company of the business is under CCQ regulation.

Year-end menu functions, including Earnings and deductions, YTD Adjustments and Verify adjustments include CCQ-specific fields and any other details pertaining to CCQ payroll management.

This section is intended for Report generator users.

✓Corporate CCQ tables and fields are available to generate or create reports. For example, the table of sectors, schedules, occupations, or the CCQ employee indicator field and employee file fields (Apprentice, Union, Local, etc.).

✓CCQ-specific fields will be displayed in the right-hand side of the Payment history and Earnings and deductions standard reports.

This section is intended for Time Management solution users.  

✓The Construction column is available in the Entered hours and amounts and Adjusted hours and amounts functions, and in the employee time sheet (Time Management solution). The Construction hyperlink, available in the Information summary, displays the employee's CCQ file configuration.

✓Note that CCQ-specific fields (in the Construction column) only appear for an earning whose hour type is associated with a CCQ earning code.
