Cost distribution - Additional information

Introduction

These procedures allow you to distribute costs according to administrative structure levels or according to the segment configuration by default for fixed earnings configured in an employee file, and to allocate costs (by percentage or not) in the current pay.

Things to remember

Cost distribution according to administrative structure levels enables you to associate the division, service, department and sub-department to the amounts of particular earnings or deductions.

Cost distribution according to segment configuration enables you to allocate the earnings and deductions amounts per project.

Allocating percentage costs enables you to distribute the amounts related to earnings and deductions according to a percentage.

Cost distribution may be set up in the employee file or allocated directly in the current pay.
