Distributing costs according to organizational structure levels or to segment configuration for fixed earnings

Access: Employee file > Employee > Profile > Payroll settings

1Select the employee.

2Under Earnings, for each earnings entry, indicate in the Division, Service, Department and Sub-department, the organizational structure levels or segment configuration for which the amounts and hours related to the earnings have to be distributed by default

▪When adding earnings, the organizational structure or the employee file’s segment configuration is entered automatically.

Tips and tricks

▪Click on the liste_blanc icon for the list of each one of the organizational structure levels and segment configuration.

▪Enter 99-999-999-999 if you do not wish to allocate an earnings’ amount to an organizational structure.

3Click on Save to complete the procedure.
