Entry allocation enables the distribution of expenses according to distinguishing criteria.
However, although the distribution of expenses can be identical from one service to the next for certain distribution codes, there will be no grouping when displayed. Each line represents the specific combination of earnings and deductions codes and a chosen apportionment level value.

Things to remember Entries are generated automatically following payroll processing. It is impossible to manually create an entry in the payroll application. Create an entry directly in your accounting software instead. |
All functions related to the allocation of entries have a Filters section. To refine your search, select the items corresponding to the data to be broken down, then click on Refresh. |
