Verify contact persons annually

Access: User management > Security > Verify contact persons

This screen is accessible to the application manager only.

It is used as part of the mandatory annual verification of contact persons (individuals authorized to communicate with our Payroll Services Centre).

During the verification period, a message containing a direct link to this screen is displayed on the application manager’s home page, prompting them to confirm the list of contact persons.

Steps to follow

1Verify the following information:

Company: If you have more than one company, use the filters to target a specific one. Make sure the company status is valid.

Number of contact persons: Do you have too many or too few contact persons? Does the number seem unusual?

oSince it is mandatory to have an Application Manager as a contact person, a zero appears before the title when it is missing for a company.

oIf the application manager is not the payroll manager, a User – access to function must be designated or created to fulfill this role.

oNo indicator is displayed when a Contact person only is missing, as this type of contact person is optional.

Stakeholder types: Icons indicate whether a stakeholder type is absent Approuvépresent or X absent within the company. Review the available types—are any missing or unnecessary?
