Access: Employee file > Employee list
1Under Filters, select the display criteria of the employee list, if needed.
Section on the left: In this section, the last filters used are kept for the duration of the work session but will not be kept once the session has ended. Click here for the procedure, or continue to the next step.
a)Select a company number from the Company field drop-down list. This list is accessible if your business manages more than one company. b)Select the desired structure level. These levels are displayed according to the number of levels used in your business (Configuration > Business > Organizational structure). c)Select one or more job numbers. Job numbers are displayed if one of your business’s companies uses job numbers. d)Select CCQ-specific values. These fields are displayed if the selected company has CCQ employees. |
Section in the right: The settings in this section are saved to your preferences when your work session ends. Click here for the procedure, or continue to the next step.
a)Under Employee status, check the boxes of the desired employee statuses. b)Check the boxes of the desired remuneration type. c)Check the CCQ employee box to include these employees in the list. This field is displayed only if the selected company has CCQ employees. d)In the Employees sort order drop-down list, select a sort order type. |
2Click on Refresh to update the employee list.
If an employee has several employment profiles, they will appear in the Employee list as many times as the number of profiles that meet the criteria selected.
3Click on an employee’s name to access their file. To navigate from one employee file to another, go to Navigating per employee.
