Access: Employee file > Employee list or from one of the employee file functions > .
If you started your search with the Go button, go to Step 2 to perform an advanced search, if not, go to Step 6.
1Click on the icon to display the Search for an employee screen.
2In the Employee number, last name, first name or SIN field, enter the employee number, last name, first name, or SIN.
You can enter a series of alphabetical characters. The search is not accent or case sensitive (uppercase and lowercase).
3In the Company field, select the company number if needed.
4Check the Employees terminated in prior years field if you want to include them in your search.
5Click on Search.
▪If only one employee corresponds to the search criteria, they will automatically be displayed.
▪If several employees are found, the List of employees found is displayed. Go to Step 6.
6Click on the employee’s name to access their file. To navigate from one employee file to another, go to Navigating per employee.
Things to remember The function displayed is the one from which you started your search. For the first employee selected during a work session, the displayed function is the one you previously selected under the Employee file menu. If you selected the employee from Employee list, the Personal information function is displayed. |
