The Employee list (Employee file) function allows you to apply different filters and sort orders to the business’s employee list or to directly access an employee’s file.
On your first attempt to access an employee’s file from the Employee file menu during a work session, you will automatically be redirected to this screen. You must first select an employee before accessing any of their file functions.
Employees can be selected by business or by company. The Employee list adheres to the order defined in the parameters and also takes into account access rights (User management > User profile). Navigation in the different employee file screens is always done according to this list. Refer to the Navigating per employee section below.
The hyperlink on the employee’s name and the search buttons at the upper right of the screen allow you to directly access an employee’s file.
Additionally, the Hire link launches the hiring process. Refer to the Hiring an employe procedure.
Navigation by employee is used to switch from one employee to another or to directly access an employee. It also allows you to quickly return to the employee selection function. The navigation by employee buttons are displayed at the top right of the employee file screens. ▪ and : To switch from one employee to another. ▪Go: To launch a quick search by employee number, last name, first name, or SIN. ▪: To perform advanced search. ▪: To return to the Employee list (Employee file) screen. In any case, you can switch from one employee to another while remaining in the same function until you select another function from the Employee File menu. If you have chosen to select another employee via the Employee File > Employee list menu, the Personal information file is displayed. |
Searching by employee number, last name, first name or SIN
