Access: Communication > Publish pay stub messages
1Under Filters, check at least one Employee status for employees to whom the message is intended.
2Create an employee group using the organizational structure or the work numbers if needed.
Things to remember Active is checked by default. If no modification is made, the message will be posted on the pay stubs of all active company employees. |
3Under List of messages to post, click on Add message.
4Select the Message.
5The Start date, the End date and the Priority will be filled out automatically. Modify if needed.
▪If no date was specified when the message was initially created, the system displays the start date and end date of the current pay period.
6Click on Execute. A message will appear at the top of the screen confirming the number of messages that were successfully generated or modified.
Things to remember ▪Messages are located on the left-hand side of the pay stub below the Summary box (see Example of a pay stub with messages). ▪If a message with an identical number is already programmed for an employee, it will be replaced by the last generated message. |
