Access: Communication > Messages on pay stubs
This function allows you to view, add or delete a message that was generated using the Post messages function (see Pay stub messages management and Posting a message on pay stubs).
Important Changes made to employee profile messages will only be accepted if they were generated using the Post messages function, and if the payroll has not been submitted. |
1Under Message list, view a message or click on Add message. 2Select the Message. 3The Start date, the End date and the Priority fields will be filled out automatically. Modify them if needed.
4Click on Save to complete the procedure. |
