The Holidays function lets you see the effective date, the renewal date, and the entry generated for each statutory holiday. It also enables you to add or delete holidays in the employee’s file.

1Click on Create a holiday. 2Select the statutory holiday from the Holiday scroll-down list. 3Enter the base year and the effective date. 4Click on Save. 5Under Modification history, you may enter a Modification reason. |
It is not possible to delete a statutory holiday if a transaction or transmission has been generated. 1From the holiday list, select the holiday. 2Click on Delete. 3Confirm by clicking on OK. |
