Access: Configuration > Time > Work hours and attendance rules > Day specific rules
A day-specific rule is always:
▪Created to specify a work schedule, as opposed to the other time rule sets created at the business level, rule set that is afterwards associated to one or more schedules.
▪Processed last, after applying all the rules included in the time set rules associated to a schedule.
1First select the schedule.
2Under Specific rule list, click on Create a specific rule.
3Enter a French description and an English description.
4Under Select days from schedule, check the day of the schedule to which the rule will be applied.
Tips and tricks If you have several days with identical conditions in the schedule, check all the concerned days. |
5Under Eligible hours, click on the Available hour type that you wish to make eligible, then click onto move it to the Eligible.
6Under Eligible hours adjustment (generation), enter the Hour boundary (>).
▪ The number of hours entered in the Hour boundary (>) field indicates the minimum eligible hours required to transform these hours, according to the adjusted hour type specified in the next step.
7Select the Adjusted hour type.
8Click on Save to complete the procedure.
