Access: Time > Time sheet > Time sheet control > Hour type control
This function enables you to verify the hour types and the values entered in the timesheets.
1Under the Filters, check one or more Hour types.
2Check the Total of selected hour types for the sum of the hour types to be used as a comparison with the Value entered (step 3).
3Select the Operator, then enter a Value.
4If needed, use the other fields, and then click on Refresh.
Viewing the results on the screen:
5Under the Week from yyyy/mm/dd through yyyy/mm/dd, view the hour types per employee and the total by hour type according to the filters previously selected.
Issuing the Hour type tracking report:
6Click on Produce.
7The Produce report window is displayed to select the language, the report format and the page format. If needed, check the Print criteria to enter the selected criteria on the report.
8Click on Execute. The report is displayed on the screen and is saved in the Generated reports function (Report > Report generator).
9Once you have controlled the hour type, return to the Lock time sheets function to lock or unlock the adjustments (see step 3 of Controlling the timesheets).
