Defining the company filters

Access: Profil > Company filters

The Company Filters function allows you to define a filter on a user’s companies. Once defined for a group of companies or a single company, the filter will be applied to all the functions where the selection of a company is possible, including the Current payroll calendar and Process payroll functions.

1Check the desired radio button to the right of Selection.

2If you select By group of companies or By company, select the group or company.

Things to remember

A group of companies must be created beforehand to allow selection By group of companies; see Creating a group of companies.

To delete the By group of companies or By company filters, check All companies.

3Click on Save.

Things to remember

For the Reports Generator users, company group data and a system report entitled Group of companies are available. The report details, for each user, the companies included in the group of companies.
