Access: > Group of companies

If you have several companies, the Group of companies function allows you to create and manage a user’s group of companies and therefore limit the number of companies displayed for that user. Once created, the group of companies may be used to define filters of the companies; see Defining the Company Filters.

1Click on Create a group of companies.

2In the Group of companies definition screen, under Identify group, enter the code and the description in the Group and Description. The group code must be unique.

3Under Select companies for the group, click on the desired company in the Available companies, and then click on the or double click on the company to add it to the Selected companies.

4Once the list of selected companies is complete, click Save.
