1If applicable, the tasks may be sorted to display the targeted task.
2Click on Refresh.
3Under List of defined tasks, click on the field of the task you wish to display (under Description).
Modify the information required, then click on Save or click on Delete if you no longer want to manage this task.
Things to remember Following the deletion, the tasks linked to the this definition that are already displayed on your Tasks screen must be indicated as processed in order to be automatically purged from the list 28 days after the processing date. No new task corresponding to this definition will subsequently be triggered. |
