Defining exception approvers

Access: Configuration > Communication > Requests > Manage approvals

1Under Exceptions per employee, click on Add to add a row to the table and enter an exception.

2Under First name, Last name, click on the liste employés icon to display the employee selection window and select the employee for whom you are designating an exception approver.

3Under Request type, if your business manages the two request types (general and absences), select the request type that must be managed by an exception approver.

4In the Approver list, select the user who will receive the requests for the employee and selected request type.

The approver defined under Approvers and approval time frames of requests does not have access to the requests of the specified employee, while the request administrator sees that the requests are assigned to an exception approver.

4Click on Save.
