Creating a report for requests management and delegations

Tips and tricks

Users of the Report Generator solution who have access to the report design can create various system reports that target data related to requests, approvals and delegations. The fields are found in the following categories:

Data related to requests in Human resources – Requests: “List of requests by approver”.

Data related to approvers in Administration – Approval: “List of employees’ defined approvers”.
If the Approver user code, Last name, first name of approver or Approver type columns are blank, these employees’ requests will be directed to the request administrator;

Data related to delegations in Administration – Delegations: “List of delegated approvers”.
