Creating an adjustment entry template

Access: Year-end > Tools > Adjustments entry template  

This function allows you to create a data entry template to display payments (earnings) and adjustments (earnings and deductions) by default in the YTD Adjustments function.

If you process the payroll for more than one company, you can create a template for each company.

Important

An entry template does not generate any payment or adjustment (no transactions).

1Click on Add a payment or an adjustment.

2Select the Province and the Employment insurance rate.

3In the Earning / deduction column, select earnings or deductions by clicking on ImgList.

Tips and tricks

If you know the earnings number, enter it directly in Earning / Deduction to speed up the data entry process.

4Click on Save to complete the procedure.

The selected earnings and deductions for each employee will automatically display in the YTD Adjustments function.
