The Customized tasks option is offered in your profile only if you have access to the Tasks function.
Access: > Customized tasks
1Click on Create a task to display the Task definition screen.
2Select the Function linked to the new task.
3Select the Task field corresponding to the task trigger.
Important For clients using the Human resources solution, if you select the Follow-up date field of the Absences, Work injuries and Events functions, after saving the customized task, you must identify the task trigger files. The Task box, under the Follow-up section, is activated in the following screens: Human resources > Skills profile > Absences or Work injuries or Events. |
4Enter task trigger parameters:
▪The Timing.
▪The Number of days before or after the date selected in the task field.
▪If applicable, an additional Criterion according to the date, such as age, years of service, etc.
5Click on Save to save the task.
If tasks are triggered following daily processing, the Tasks to do icon, displayed on your home page, shows the number of pending tasks and gives access to the Tasks screen where you will be able to monitor them.
If your business uses the Self-service solution, you can give your employees full access to the Personal information function (User management > User profile > Access to functions) so that they can view or modify their personal information (My employee file or > Personal information). You can define a customized task to be informed of any personal information updates made by your employees. To do so, follow the procedure and select the “Personal information” function and the “Profile modification date” field. By choosing “On the date” in the Timing field, the task will be generated the same day as the effective date of the modification. |
