Viewing the leaves and absences calendar of a group of employees

Access : Employee file > Absence banks and leaves > Leaves and absences calendar per group

This function provides an overview of the attendance calendar for all employees or a group of employees.

Things to remember

To view the attendance calendar per group, you must have access to the Per employee - Leaves and absences calendar and Leaves and absences calendar per group functions in Access to functions (User management > User profile).

By default, all the company’s employees are displayed. The calendar displays 31 days, starting with the current date followed by 30 days. Various filters are available allowing you to determine which employee’s attendance you would like to view for a given period.

The information is available only in view mode and comes from various sources:

dates of entry carried out in the: Enter pay, Separate payments and YTD Adjustments payroll functions; dates indicated when making payments of vacations or other time banks (sickness, parental leave,etc.).  

if your business uses the Human resources solution:

odates entered for Human resources absences and absences associated with work injuries in the Human resources functions: Absences and Work injuries. To view these absence types, you must have access to the Absences and Work injuries functions (User management > User profile > Access to functions).

oabsence request dates: "Approval pending", "Approved" and "Rejected" in the Requests function (Communication > Requests). Please note that this function is available if your business uses the Time management and Self-service solutions and has activated the absence Resquests function. To view these absences, you must have access to the Resquests function (User management > User profile > Access to functions).

1Under Filters, select your criteria for the calendar display. Click hmtoggle_plus1 here to view the procedure, or continue to the next step.

2Click on Refresh.

3Under Employee list, the start and end dates of the calendar's page are displayed. Click on the arrows to the left or right of these dates to view the other pages of the calendar.

4Click on the employee's name to access their attendance record. To return to the group calendar, click on the arrow to the left of the screen.

Things to remember

For absence request users only, the * sign indicates an absence request.
