Access: Reports > Payroll Results > Payroll reports (PDF)
1Under Filters, select the Company or All to view all your companies, if needed.
2Determine the search type of Reports by checking one of the following boxes:
▪Selection, to display the entire list of reports available for your company and select the desired reports;
▪All, to perform a search on your company’s entire reports;
▪Monthly, to perform a search on monthly reports only.
3Enter the Process date and to.
▪Enter a single Process date to display all the reports issued for this date.
▪Enter a single process date in the to field to display all the reports issued prior to that date and on that date.
4Click on Refresh.
5Under Options, select the File download mode:
▪Include in a ZIP file. Reports in a compressed ZIP file may be saved individually afterwards.
▪Consolidate in one PDF file. You may rename the reports when saving them on your computer.
6Under Payroll report list, check the desired reports, then click on Download.
▪Check the box to the left of the Processing field to select all the reports displayed. You can subsequently deselect unwanted reports.
