Managing Group insurance profile - Additional information

Introduction

The functions in the Benefits section of the Human resources menu allow you to manage the group insurance in the employee files:

Group insurance;

Insurance coverage.

Things to remember

A user must have Complete access to Display salary (User management > User profile > Access to functions > Confidentiel data section) to view the salary information (hourly rate, annual salary or any other information which identifies an employee's salary).

If the user has a Display salary access checked at None, salary information is removed from the Insurance group and Insurance coverage functions (Benefits section).
