You can view a group insurance premiums report periodically. This report is produced every pay period, following submission of your payroll data.
This report presents details on paid premiums by pay period as well as employee/employer sharing. It contains a summary by company and by administrative structure level, an allocation table, and a benefit groups table.
To view the group insurance premiums report, go to the Payroll reports (PDF) function available in the Reports menu by clicking on Payroll results.
To view different sections of the report examples, click on Example 1 - Distribution table, Example 2 - Regroupment table and Example 3 - Periodic Collective Insurance Premiums Report - SPD6F1.
