Viewing record of employment modification history (ROE)

Access: Employee file > Employee > History > Record of employment modifications

Things to remember

The history of the additions, the modifications or the destruction of a ROE made by users before transmission are stored in this section.

The box numbers displayed to the right of the headings or labels correspond to the box numbers in the original form.

1Under Filters, the Last modifications box is checked by default to show the ROE processed since the last payroll transmission. To do a search for a specific period, uncheck the box and enter the desired dates or the date of the End of last pay period.

2Use the other filters to refine your search, if needed.

3Click on Refresh.

4Under Modification list, the modification details are displayed.

Modify the display order by clicking on the column headings.

5Click on the Date and hour hyperlink to display the Detail of the transaction window.

6Click on Edit. In the Update Detail window, modify the Reason and add notes, if needed.

To add an item to the Reason drop-down list, select “Add item” and complete the field.

Important

Once comments or remarks are saved in the Update Detail window, it is impossible to modify or delete them. However, it is possible to change the reason.
