Access: Employee file > Hire > Partial hire
Things to remember ▪A user can view all the data of the companies to which they have access rights. ▪If the organizational structure is indicated in the employee file, the user can only view the data of the different organizational structures to which they have access rights. ▪A customized task can be defined for partial hire. See Defining a customized task. |
1Under Filters, select Company, Last name, first name or Received date, if needed. 2The data can be viewed under List of partial hires. ▪The Received date is the date that the data was received by the API. 3Click on the candidate hyperlink to display the Partial hire detail window and view the candidate’s information. |
1Under Filters, select Company, Last name, first name or Received date, if needed. 2Under List of partial hires, click on the hyperlink of the candidate you wish to hire. 3View data in the Partial hire detail screen. ▪The data is in read-only mode and can only be modified once you click on Hire. 4Click on Hire. You will automatically be redirected to Step 1: Enter hiring criteria of the Hire function. See Hiring (or rehiring) an employee - Hiring criteria.
