Validate your cell phone number

The Cell phone screen is displayed when you add, modify or validate your cell phone number using your User profile (Profil).

 

1Enter your Cell phone number and click Send SMS.

2You will receive an SMS text message with a verification code. Enter the Verification code.  

3Click Confirm.
A message is displayed confirming that the cell phone number validation is complete.

oThe cell phone number will automatically be copied to your User profile and to your Personal information (Employee file > Profile).

oIf you do not receive the verification code, click Send SMS again.  

oThe verification code is valid for a period of 20 minutes and becomes invalid after 4 failed attempts. In both instances, you will have to repeat the procedure.

oIf you exit the application or close your session before entering your verification code, you will have to repeat the procedure. Your cell phone number will not be modified or validated.

Things to remember

You will receive a text message confirming your addition or modification. If you are not the author of this action or if you believe that an unauthorized person could have used your information to access your data in the payroll application please contact the person in charge of your human resources or payroll as soon as possible.

You can view the details regarding a modification to a cell phone (who did it and when it was done) using the User security modifications function (User management > Tools).
