Access: Time > Punch clocks > Employee punch status
The punch data status of an organizational structure level (division, service, department, or sub-department) is displayed provided that at least one employee whose schedule is associated with the punch entry belongs to the structure selected.
▪The “Completed” status indicates that the adjusted punch data has been approved and that the time sheets have been generated.
▪The “Not completed” status indicates that the adjusted punch data has not yet been approved and that consequently, time sheets have not been generated.
The value of Employees without punches represents the number of employees for whom punch data has not been imported for this period. This number does not include employees with an employee status of “Inactive” or “Terminated”.
