Downloading and saving income tax slips per version only

Access: Reports > Annual reports > Download income tax slips

1Under Filters, select the Company.

2Select the Version.

3Click on Refresh.  

4Under Options, select the Employee sort order:

As created sorting means that the tax slips will be displayed according to the sort order set in your company file.

5Check Mass printing, if needed.

Things to remember

If you check Mass printing, only employee income tax slips with the Add to mass printing indicator checked in their Personal information (Employee file > Profile) will be included in the download.

If you uncheck Mass printing, all income tax slips for the tax year in the selected version will be included in the download.

6Select the File download mode:

Include in a ZIP file. Income tax slips in a compressed ZIP file may be saved individually afterwards.

Consolidate in one PDF file. You may rename the income tax slips when saving them on your computer.

7Click on Refresh.

8Click on the link of your choice to download and save the reports.
