Introduction
The User list function allows you to apply different filters and sort orders to the users list or to directly access a user's profile.
When you try to access one of the user entry functions for the first time during your work session, you are automatically redirected to the User list screen. You must first select a user prior to accessing their profile.
The User list takes into account your access rights (User management > User profile). The navigation in the different user entry screens of the User management menu is always defined by this list. Refer to the Navigating per user section below.
The hyperlink on the user’s code and the search button at the upper right of the screen allow you to directly access a user’s profile screen.
Additionally, the Add a user hyperlink allows you to start the process of creating a user profile. See the user creation procedures available in the Users management section.
Navigating per user
Navigation per user is used to switch from one user to another or to directly access a profile. It also allows you to quickly return to the user selection function. The navigation per user buttons are displayed in the top right of the screens linked to a user (profile, access to functions, access to companies, access to reports, etc.). ▪ ▪ ▪ In any case, you can switch from one user to another while remaining in the same function , until you select another function from the User management menu (uses functions section). If you have chosen to select another user through the User management menu (User management > User list), the User profile function is displayed. |
