Access: Employee file > Employee > Profile > Deductions to be recovered
This procedure allows you to enter the parameters determining the manner in which you wish to recover the deductions.
1Under Specific filters, select a deduction from Deductions , then click on Refresh to display this deduction only, if needed.
2Under Deductions to be recovered, click on the of the deduction to be recovered.
3From the Deductions to be recovered parameters window, enter the Amount OR the Number.
4Specify the Interval.
Things to remember ▪The Amount enables you to determine a fixed recovery amount for the recovery of deductions. The frequency number of recoveries will automatically be adjusted according to the selected interval. ▪The Number allows you to recover the total amount of deductions according to a pre-defined frequency. The recovery amount will automatically be adjusted according to the selected interval. ▪The Interval allows you to select the recovery frequency. It may be in days, weeks or months. |
5In From, select the date you wish to begin to recover the deductions.
6Click on OK.
7Click on Save to complete the procedure.
