Searching and saving records of employment (ROE) per employee

Access: Reports > Records of employment > Record of employment per employee

1Under Filters, select the Company, if needed.

2Fill in the other filters of your choice, then click on Refresh.

3Under Options, select the File download mode:  

Include in a ZIP file. ROEs in a compressed ZIP file may be saved individually afterwards.

Consolidate in one PDF file. You may rename the ROEs when saving them on your computer.

4Under Found records of employment list, check the desired ROEs, then click on Download.

Click on the hyperlink of each ROE to view the data as needed.
