Producing tax slips

Explanation: Before February 9th

If you delayed your tax slip production and are now ready, you must authorize the production using the Produce tax slips function. The payroll service needs your approval the restart the production service.

Warning Make sure that you received and verified the corrected payroll record, in order to ensure that the year-to-date adjustments and pension adjustments are included.

Warning Please verify Income tax statement validation – SPD629 report, to ensure there are no errors on the tax slips. If there are errors, please correct them before authorizing tax slips.

–The report is available in the Payroll reports (PDF) function (Reports > Payroll result).

Steps to follow

This function is only necessary if you have postponed the production of your company’s tax slips.

It has to be used to authorize the production of tax slips when your adjustments are completed and validated.

1Check the desired company.  

2Click on Submit.  

3In the Confirmation window, click on Confirm to complete the procedure.

Once the tax slips are produced, you will receive a message in the Message button of the Home screen. If you are subscribed to our email list, you will receive the same message by email.

Things to remember

Changes to the Postpone the production of tax slips function are saved and can be viewed by clicking on the History hyperlink.
