Customizing the home page

Access: Home page

To use this function, you must have access to the Trend Chart function (Management Information section under Home).

Customizing the home page

1Click on the Customize home page (if you have the option) hyperlink under the indicators summary table.

2Under Birthdays settings, the Display box must be checked.
 
Select the status of the employees whose birthdays should appear in the Employees list.

3Under Main indicators, select the dashboard indicator from the drop-down lists. The numbers indicate the indicator order.
 
See the indicator descriptive table available at the end of the process.

4Under Other indicators (summary), select the indicators linked to the summary in the Available indicators section so as to transfer them to the Selected indicators (RightLeft) section.
 
You can modify the display order of the Selected indicators by using the arrows on the right.

5Click on Save to complete the process.
The elements are only presented in the dashboard if their value is greater than zero.

List of indicators

Disbursement

Total amount debited (net pay + remittances).

Disbursement allocation

Employer contribution: Disbursement – Employees payment (deposit and cheque).

Gross salary: Employee payment.

Gross salary of employees

The total of amounts paid to employees (employer contributions excluded). The following earnings are excluded: statistical earnings, benefits, entry for cancelled cheques and vacation balance.

Gross salary by employee

Average gross salary per employee. This indicator uses the same rule as the Gross salary of employees.

Gross salary by hours

Average hourly rate paid to the employees: amounts paid divided by hours paid.

Hiring 

Number of employees hired.

Hours paid

Total of hours paid for the pay period that they were actually paid and not for the pay period to which they were applied. Please note that a payroll adjustment is made in the pay period in which it took place.

Hours paid by employee

Average hours paid per employee. This indicator is used according to the Hours paid rule.

Labor cost

Amounts paid by the employer (including employer contribution).

Labor cost by employee

Average amounts paid to the employees. The amounts paid are obtained according to the Labor cost indicator rule.

Pay stubs

The number of employees to whom at least one non-statistical type earning was paid for the pay period.

Process payroll

Number of records of employment, Number of deposits, Number of cheques, Number of third party cheques, and Number of memos.

Turnover rate

Percentage of voluntary departures divided by the average number of employees, multiplied by 100.

Termination 

Number of employees with a Terminated employee status.
Note: the number displayed under pay periods includes terminated employees during the pay period and the number displayed under the Year column (to this day) includes employees terminated since the first payroll of the current year.
