Importing employee banks

Access: Employee file > Tools > Import employee banks

This function allows you to import an Excel file to update employee banks. It involves calculating and entering positive or negative values to reach the desired balance.

Warning

Imported data does not replace the bank balance*.

First, check the balance indicated in the payroll application and then add a positive or negative amount in the Excel document to attain the desired balance.

* Rate column: This field is only applicable for banks that use a calculated rate. For instance, if the import file includes a valid rate (between 0 and 9999.9999), it will replace the rate indicated in
the bank parameter. For other banks (rate in the file or average rate), importing a rate has no impact.
