Creating a single sign-on user

Access: User management > Add a user

1Under Identification, select the Type of use of the new user.

2Enter the desired User code. (The user code must contain between 6 and 10 alphanumeric characters.)

3The Connection partner appears by default depending on the type of use. If you do not want the user to access the application using single sign-on, select Nethris from the drop-down list.

4In the Connection partner profile, enter the email address or any other identifier that authenticates the user with the connection partner.

This information can then be entered directly in the User code field of the client access page.

Follow the steps in the procedure that corresponds to your situation:

Creating a user - Access to functions without Self-service

Creating a user - Access to functions with Self-service

Creating a user - Contact only

Creating a user - Self-service access only

Important

To grant single sign-on (SSO) access to users who already have regular access, you must modify each profile individually.
