Access: User management > Add a user
1Under Identification, select the Type of use of the new user.
2Enter the desired User code. (The user code must contain between 6 and 10 alphanumeric characters.)
3The Connection partner appears by default depending on the type of use. If you do not want the user to access the application using single sign-on, select Nethris from the drop-down list.
4In the Connection partner profile, enter the email address or any other identifier that authenticates the user with the connection partner.
⇨This information can then be entered directly in the User code field of the client access page.
Follow the steps in the procedure that corresponds to your situation:
✓Creating a user - Access to functions without Self-service
✓Creating a user - Access to functions with Self-service
✓Creating a user - Contact only
✓Creating a user - Self-service access only
Important To grant single sign-on (SSO) access to users who already have regular access, you must modify each profile individually. |
