1. Creating or selecting an employee

Access: Payroll > Tools > Simulate payroll

Step 1: Company selection or Employee selection

1If you have more than one (1) company, select the Company and click on Next.

If you have more than one (1) company, Step 1 will be Company selection, but for a single company, Step 1 will be Employee selection.

To select an existing employee:

2a  Under Criteria, use the different fields to search for an employee and click on Refresh.

Check the CCQ employee box to only display CCQ employees.

 

2b  Under Employee list, select the employee.

3Click on Next.

To create an employee:

2a Under Employee list, click on Hire an employee.

3Click on Next.
